RERA & Compliance

The project is developed in accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, and is subject to the plans sanctioned by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).

The K-RERA registration number for Akshaya Bliss, along with sanctioned plans, commencement certificate and title documents, is available for inspection at the project office and will be quoted in all sale documentation. Prospective purchasers may verify project details on the Karnataka RERA portal at rera.karnataka.gov.in before making any payment.

• Pricing and payment schedules are linked to construction milestones as permitted under RERA.
• Carpet area as defined in Section 2(k) of the Act shall govern the sale agreement, irrespective of super built-up figures used in marketing material.
• No booking amount beyond the limit prescribed under the Act is collected prior to execution of the agreement for sale.
• Structural defect liability is provided as prescribed under Section 14(3) of the Act.

Unresolved matters may be taken up with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bengaluru, which along with the courts at Bengaluru holds exclusive jurisdiction.
